When do you know you've made a difference? The honest answer is that we do not always realize the impact we make on other people's lives. Sometimes a personal connection is highly evident and sometimes we discover years later about an impression we made. Either way, it does not matter. Discovering a need, attempting to meet it, and diving into the humanity around it is all the motivation it takes to help someone.
